Our bakers start work at 1:00 am so that the first muffins, cookies, brownies and crumbles can be baked, followed by the French pastries (croissant, danish & buns) and finally our artisan breads...ready to kick start your day.
We work with local suppliers to source the best and most authentic grains, flours, seeds and other ingredients for use in our old-world techniques to ensure the highest quality pastries and breads. Our goal is to make your very soul happy,
Our goal in the morning is to get you in to smell the freshly baked artisan breads, croissant, our pastries and delicious Forty Weight Roaster's espresso and coffee drinks.
